Monday, October 27, 2003 Managing the world occuring thebigidea posts the transcript of a New Zealand National Radiointerview with Dave Snowden. Dave tells about his work with the US agencies trying to understand 9/11 and about sense-making across cultures. He also tells the great story about the West Point Cadets who were given a week to prepare to manage a playground.
